QUANTOS offers a full range of services in Customer Relationship Management (CRM). CRM is a widely implemented strategy designed to consolidate customer satisfaction, loyalty and advocacy. The main idea of CRM is to utilize information from all available data sources within and outside an organization in order to produce a real time view of customers units.

Statistical and data mining methods we use for CRM analysis are mostly descriptive analysis and predictive modeling ones. Descriptive analysis uses segmentation and clustering methods to illustrate behavioral patterns within/between particular groups (eg: gender, age, employment status etc). In the predictive modeling we use data mining applications to assign individuals scores to customers, also indicating the likelihood that the customer will behave in a certain way again (Balanced Scorecards for CRM).
