Consultations on the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) space market are carried out in ten Member States: Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Poland, and Sweden. The selected countries represent different parts of the European Union and different market situations. The respondents of the survey are CRE associations and market participants which are considered to play a significant role in the CRE space market in the given country.
This consultation takes place as part of the project “Research on Commercial Real Estate Space Market”, which is implemented by the consortium of “Quantos SA Statistics and Information Systems” and the “Foundation for Economic and Industrial Research, Greece” under contract for Eurostat, the statistical office of the European Union.
The objective of the consultation is to collect information about the functioning of the Commercial Real Estate Space Market in these Member States, which are considered as representative of the whole European Union. The information will help the consortium and Eurostat to develop methodological guidelines on official Commercial Real Estate indicators.
As a token of appreciation of their contribution, respondents will receive a short summary of the analysis of the information compiled at European level.
Information is collected with two web questionnaires, one addressed to associations and the other addressed to market participants based on the CRE sector of their main activity, accessible through the following links: Please note that you will have to use the corresponding personalized token provided to your invitation email.
The estimated time to complete the questionnaire is 30 min. Please note that the questionnaires are accessible only by invited organisations with the personal credentials provided to them by the consortium. |
The answers provided will be accessible only by the Eurostat staff working on this project and by personnel of the consortium that has signed a confidentiality agreement with Eurostat.
A glossary of terms used in the questionnaires is available here.
